Design Philosophy
We intend to design and construct all our projects using green concepts, and in compliance with ISO 14001-2000 for environmental management:
Waste is minimised at every stage during construction and operation, reducing cost.
Environmentally-friendly materials are used in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the project.
The techniques associated with the `Green concept' include:-
- Measures to prevent erosion of soil
- Rainwater harvesting
- Landscaping to reduce heat
- Reduction in usage of potable water
- Recycling of waste water
- Maximum utilisation of sunlight
- Use of world class energy efficient practices.
This concept encompasses the efficient use of resources for the benefit of our future generations.
